• 1 cup of water
  • 3 finely sliced up california peppers

For the crust: Put the quinoa in a medium bowl and cover with hot water. Wait 2-3 minutes then pour it in a big strainer and wash the quinoa grains off. Place it a medium pot and cook it for 10 minutes on medium pressure (until it is soft).

For the sauce: Cook all the ingredients together for 20 minutes on slow pressure then remove lid of the pot and cook it until the sauce becomes thick. Set aside while you make the crust.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
When the quinoa is ready strain it then place the quinoa into a big bowl. Put all the other ingredients in it and mix them. Place the mixture on a baking sheet on a tray and spread it with a spoon until it becomes a 3 mm thick layer.

Place the tray(s) into the hot oven and after 10 minutes bake it until it turnes to ligth goldish brown.

Spread the pizza sauce on the crust, almost to the edges. Bake the pizza on the top rack until the top is bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve.
