3/4 cup uncooked white rice

2 grated apple

5 grapes

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Preparation:     10 mins

Cook:     20 mins

Ready In:     30 mins

  1. Combine rice, grated apple and grapes. Season with cinnamon and salt in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cover for about 18 minutes.
  2. Check the rice if it is moist enough for your taste: if not, cook another couple minutes.
  3. Serve it with fresh parsley.
